We have one of those Jacuzzis where access to the faucets is closed off. Danny at drain care responded immediately via home stars, and within two days was on site for an assessment with his assistant Rob. Rather than order the expensive braided pipes, they suggested I go directly to the supplier, and sure enough they were covered by warranty and we got them free! These guys really do try to save you money!. After the flexpipes arrived, I called Draincare, and again they were there within a couple of. days. After they had finished the job it looked so solid compared to the way it looked before that I felt very comfortable putting the panels back on and sealing it off again. Two weeks later and absolutely no problems. In fact they increase the water pressure by ensuring the pipes were totally open, unlike before.
I would highly recommend Danny and Rob for great service, cost saving, and quality of work.

Had a leak under the Kitchen Sink, Drain Care responded very quickly and fixed my issue. Definitely will call them if I ever have any issue again.

Danny is a great guy that I’ve hired for a variety of jobs over the past 5 years, & he has become 1 of our go-to contractor & plumber.
Cost would vary, as he’s been here quite a few times for different jobs.
I’m always happy with his work.
He did plumbing for our bathrooms when we renovated, laundry room, & new kitchen, as well as variety of other jobs over the years.

In short - Old School Work Ethic.

He has shown himself to be trustworthy, reliable, honest, simply put; Professional.
Shows up when he says he will, something lacking with many contractors these days.
He has also helped me when other contractors messed up & left.
Where others just do the bare minimum, he made great recommendations & suggested things that make the job far more secure than is standard & makes jobs last much longer.
Goes above & beyond.

He’s a pleasure to have around & I’m very comfortable having him in my house without supervision, something I can’t say very often for people.

There was a leak of unknown origin in the laundry room. Needed a plumber to find leak and repair. Although the leak was very slow, need to troubleshoot and fix. Rob was on time and reasonably priced. Great customer service and friendly. Provided us with great options.

i posted above service request on Homestars. Rob responded within the hour. i explained the problem and he gave me the estimate and we agreed for next day visit. Danny came and troubleshot the root cause of the problem and fixed it. He discussed a permanent solution and provided the estimate.

Danny followed COVID-19 protocols. i am satisfied with the workmanship and will schedule for the permanent fix in couple of days.

I posted the service request on Homestars. Danny reached out to me, asked a few good questions, asked for a few pictures and was able to quote this on the same day.

They came in, had all the right materials to get the job done, performed the repair (it was the replacement of a check valve on a fire sprinkler system) quickly.

I am super happy with them and will definitely reach out to them on future plumbing projects.

Danny and Rob were great! They came to the house with masks and took all necessary precautions in the covid world. They fixed the mixing valve on our hot water tank, made sure there was no leaks, checked the water temperature and gave us some quick maintenance tips for the future! Would hire them again in a second! And would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. You guys were great! Thank you!

Very fairly priced, Super nice and Punctual!
They were open and honest about what needed to be done and offered to come back if we were having more issues on their own dime.

I placed my request and Danny and Rob arrived the next morning. They gave me a window of arrival and called 30 minutes before arriving which was perfect. They were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They also gave me a few pointers on what to look out for to head off any possible problems in the future. The cost of service included the replacement part. No hidden costs and very quick. I am so pleased that I have a trusted service that I can rely on to handle all of my future plumbing needs. I will recommend them always.
