I had a spruce in the back yard -- very tall, but not many limbs. I requested quotes via home stars in the early afternoon, and by late afternoon About the Cut was at my place taking down the tree. Overall, amazing service. Very fast, good service, neat and tidy -- nicely staked firewood in my backyard, just as requested. 10/10 - would recommend for sure.

As expected John and his crew arrived on time. They went straight to work and didn't stop until it was all done. They respected my property and the neighbours shrubbery too. It was a 30 foot pine tree leaning on the neighbours house that needed to be removed. The crew worked carefully to protect the house and it all went off without incident. The business owner, John, returned my call promptly, came out to assess the job and gave me a quote the next day. They were able to start the job 4 days later. His team of 5 did the work in a day. His quote was extremely reasonable compared to the two other quotes I got.
