Open Concept Load Bearing Wall Removal
My main project was a load bearing wall removal for an open concept kitchen/living rm/dining rm. Dynamic Wall Removal was one of a few quotes I requested. Given his experience, and high level of structural knowledge, my decision was confidently made on the totally wide open concept. Steel beam for a 24ft span with no columns, priced reasonably. Raouf and his crew were on time everyday, worked extremely hard from the moment they arrived until the end of day. Zero mess or obstructions every night, given the complexity of the project. Finished exactly when he said they would, paying attention to every single detail. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. What a fantastic experience it was, and an absolute pleasure it was meeting these fine gentlemen. Absolutely, would highly recommend them for any project.
