We had a very challenging project involving major structural work for the renovation of our Victorian home in Toronto. We had several contractors evaluate the project, but when we met Raouf we knew we found the person and team for the job. With the house being ~130 years old, we knew there would be quirks along the way. Therefore, in addition to delivering great results, we needed a contractor that would roll with the punches, problem solve on the spot, and be honest and straight forward with us as issues arose. The structural work was a major part of our house renovation.
Raouf from Dynamic Wall Removal was introduced to us by our General contractor and it was such a relief to meet him and his team since our structural work wasnt an easy one and we needed a real professional team the execute the job. Interestingly they started with organizing and decluttering the jobsite and keep it the same tile the very end. Raouf and his team were incredible and very gracious with their time to help plan and execute flawlessly. I have nothing but praise for Raouf and his team who worked really hard to meet our deadline.

We had used Dynamic a few years ago to do a major renovation project to the main floor of our family home and we were very happy with the quality of the work. As a result when it came time to do our 2nd floor project we immediately contacted Dynamic again. The quote was fair and the budget was maintained. My main project was a load bearing wall removal for an open concept kitchen/living rm/dining rm. Dynamic Wall Removal was one of a few quotes I requested. Raouf's response to my call and online quote was within hours. Initial site visit was within days and arranged around my schedule. His professionalism and experience was evident from the moment he arrived. He took the time to go through my engineered drawings and weighed the pros and cons of probably 4 options that I had. Having a fair bit of knowledge and experience myself in construction and renovations my choice to hire D.W.R. was made without hesitation. Given his experience, and high level of structural knowledge, my decision was confidently made on the totally wide open concept. Steel beam for a 24ft span with no columns, priced reasonably. Raouf and his crew were on time everyday, worked extremely hard from the moment they arrived until the end of day. Zero mess or obstructions every night, given the complexity of the project. Finished exactly when he said they would, paying attention to every single detail. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. What a fantastic experience it was, and an absolute pleasure it was meeting these fine gentlemen. Absolutely, would highly recommend them for any project.

I used Dynamic to renovate a bathroom. They helped with the design, provided suggestions for materials and managed the job. I have had other renovations in my house but never have I worked with such a wonderful company. Raouf and his team were always on time, cleaned up each day and were a pleasure to have in my home. The bathroom still looks as good as new four years later. Since they worked here, Raouf and his team have done work at several houses on my street. These neighbours have reported the same level of satisfaction with the work.

We needed to get some work done in our basement and after obtaining estimates we decided to hire Dynamic Design. The owner Raouf was friendly and easy to work with. He and his team were punctual and they did an excellent job and kept us informed throughout the entire project. At the end of the day they did a complete and thorough clean up to minimize dust. In the beginning and end of project they moved our heavy items around. I am completely satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and plan on hiring them again to open up a structural exterior wall later this summer.

We wanted to open up 2 double brick exterior walls for an addition and also for a big 16 sliding door in the back of the house. We had many contractors come in and take a look at our project, Raouf from Dynamic was the only one who took the time to actually figure it all out (it was not typical!) and then explained the complexity load bearing wall removal process to us in plain and simple language.
Raouf is professional, friendly, and organized. He guides you through the whole process from conception to permit, and finally to realization of your project. His team organized their tools and materials. They also cleaned up every day which was great since we were living in the house at the time. My wife and I were very happy with his work, and would definitely recommend Raouf and his team for any structural work.

It was a great pleasure to meet Raouf and Dynamic Wall Removal team. The work that I needed was a structural:
Load bearing wall removal, concrete footings in the basement and adding additional beams and posts where needed. It is a pretty complicated stuff that a few companies are qualified to deliver.

First, they showed up on time to our first meeting and all subsequent scheduled work, this is rare. Raouf was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions how to approach and do all this work. I appreciated that, since there were many things that I had not considered.

Second: The quality of work was superb. All people on the team were very professional and hard working. Very impressive. In addition, while all this work was going on, they protected the floors and rest of my house from dust and damage.

Third: The work was reasonably priced. The small unforeseen issues that normally show up on any larger project like this, were handled immediately and promptly with no extra charge.

Finally, everything was finished on time and my house was clean from all dust, dirt and demolition debris . It took only 10 minutes for city inspector to verify and approve all the work.

I would not hesitate to use Dynamic in the future, Highly recommended.

We are thrilled with our renovation and would not hesitate to recommend Dynamic Design! As it was a big renovation we moved out while the work was being done. Raouf and his team worked 10 hrs a day until it was completed so that he could meet our move-in deadline. The work included a complete gutting of the first floor, as well as modifying the 2nd floor.

The project involved removing 3 load bearing walls, create a vaulted ceiling and adding a new exterior patio exit, also relocating the kitchen to a new location on the main floor (plumbing, electrical etc.)
We were so impressed with the attention to detail throughout, and top quality finishes.

From getting the city permit through to completion, Raouf was great to deal with, always kept us in the loop, very patient and highly knowledgeable. We highly recommend Dynamic DC for any major renovation projects!
