We are 100% pleased with the service that Omar and his team had provided. Our basement would get flooded every time there was rainfall due to our leaky basement. Starting from the estimate, Omar was very pleasant to work with as he was friendly and gave us a quote that worked more than well with us. Omar and his team showed up early on the day they were fixing the basement. The gentlemen were very hard working, polite, professional, and efficient. My garage seemed like it was sinking and it was stressing me out to no end. In 2020, Pete gave me a quote but I never got back to him in time before winter.

I contacted him again March 2021 and the process was FAST. He offered the same quote and got on the job the next day!!!

Mystic Waterproofing did an excellent job. Peter is an honest and very hardworking individual. His crew arrived at 8:30 am and did not leave until the job was done. They are experts in this field. I had two huge cracks in my basement and whenever it rained, the water just came pouring in. The basement is now dry and I haven’t had any water come in since it was waterproofed by Mystic. They are professional, diligent and tidy. I also hired them to waterproof my mom’s basement where they provided the same five star quality work. You will not be disappointed. They are a fabulous company. I was so lucky to have hired them.

Unfortunately our foundation started to leak water into our finished basement when we had a quick melt and rain a week or so ago. Omar at Mystic called me back and came by the same day that I posted my service request on Homestars. Mystic's quote was competitive and Omar and his crew were here the following week as promised. The crew worked quickly and tidied up reasonably well after they were done. Hope I do not have any other leaks, but if I do I will call Mystic.

Omar arrived on time and was very thorough placing tarps on the floor so that he didn't damage our carpeting. He was very pleasant and explained each step that he was going to take both before and during his work. He worked quickly and efficiently. His workmanship was done to our satisfaction.

Very knowledgeable employees great work would recommend this company any time. Show up on time no mess to clean up when completed.

I had a leaky window well. Just enough to be annoying. Omar came by to review it with me. I had them dig further to check a crack that I had fixed decades earlier since they were digging near it. They found the leak and sealed everything up with modern products. There’s not been a drop since. Cleaned up better than I had imagined.
