We used Jay Thomas Construction for a basement design/construction; main floor painting and some additional small reno work to our upper floor. I could not be happier! Not only does the finished product look fabulous, but Jesse (owner) was reliable, respectful, clean and on target cost. I have recommended Jay Thomas Construction to many of my friends without hesitation. I will be using the company again when I need some tile work replaced in the kitchen.

We hired Jesse as the general contractor for our acreage build. He organized and supervised several sub-contractors from the framing stage right through finishing, as well as performing a lot of of the tasks himself including tiling, bathrooms, railings and finishing carpentry. Jesse designed and build the custom wood cabinetry for the kitchen. He also gave us support and assistance to complete some of the stages ourselves, as we were capable to keep costs under control.

We're extremely happy with how the project turned out. Jay Thomas Construction was definitely the right choice for a general contractor and finishing carpenter.

I had a great experience with this company. Got a fair estimate and work was started within days. Everything was done exactly as agreed and ahead of schedule. Definitely plan to use them again for any future home renovations I may have.

Jay Thomas Construction did a complete demolition and update of our main bathroom - drywall, tile, paint, tub, vanity, plumbing, and electrical. Jesse is creative and collaborative - his ideas for tile designs helped create an amazing looking bathroom. Stated timeline and budget were both met. We appreciated the daily cleanup and efforts to minimize disruption throughout the project. We have used Jay Thomas Construction for other projects as well including a kitchen renovation and custom cabinetry. In each case the results exceeded expectations.
