It is unfortunate when I am unable by a client to fulfil my duties as Rica's Painting takes stride in satisfying our customers. When a price is agreed upon, the pillar of that agreement is also the amount of work agreed upon. When work is added on, the price is also adjusted. It does not just go up for no reason. This is a fraudulent review for many reasons. Materials were bought for your project, and professionals were hired to compete the task. I do not tolerate abuse to my staff, and when work can not be completely at the negligence of the client or behaviour that is unacceptable, I still need to pay my staff. That is why the deposit was not returned. Moreover, Rica's Painting was more than willing to finish this job, even til this day. However threats to my business and integrity as a contractor need to cease for my obligations to be met. Home stars has a strict verification process to validate my business and my license. You did not allow me to finish my work. A team was sent to your house and nothing as previously discussed was prepared. Instead of rescheduling the work, you made the decisions of legal action against my business. Unfortunately at this point I need to step back. We wish you luck with your project.
