Wanted a New Kitchen & needed a full make over in my Bathroom. I’m a Mother of 2 kids and was trying to figure this renovation out. Called a few companies and was worried about organizing. The moment I got in contact with Job Done, I felt like someone cared about my Renovation. They asked me what the initial quotes were, in 2 days they beat the price for the countertop and kitchen. The people were so polite and my final product is absolutely stunning. My bathroom renovation was also absolutely done with care and quality work. Everything was communicated, everything was organized. Highly recommend this company. The CEO cares about making sure the payment is completed only after the job is done. Every other company was demanding a large deposit. They also broke down all the prices specific, ensuring I knew where my money was going. My new Kitchen and bathroom is what I always wanted. They also covered everything when they were doing demo. Love this company and will be working with them again!

I needed my basement finished and Job Done made it luxurious and Beautiful!! They did everything from the insolation to the studs, electrical, and plumbing. The Custom Kitchen came out phenomenal. We did a full Reno of all bathrooms & the tiles came out beautiful. From Stairs to the Paint job I have no complaints. They worked fast and the demolition was done in 2 days!they also communicated with me daily which made the process much easier and less stressful. Perfect new hardwood floors. I love my new Home. My basement is now complete with a Sauna, and projector. My wife loves our new Custom Kitchen! Their price points are a bit higher than competitors, but my Home is worth much more now. A big thank you to the Job Done Team for raising the value of my Home, and bringing luxury to my basement, that was incomplete!

Working with Job Done has helped my full Reno tremendously. During Demo they took care of the Bin, showed up on time everyday & Cleaned my House so quickly. Their Electricians & Plumbers are licensed. I trust them with the key & I got an amazing deal on my Custom Kitchen. The Hardwood floor was installed in 1 days with Baseboards. My bathtub is now a custom shower & I’m super grateful. I chose them to do it all. In 2 to 3 weeks they finished the whole job & my Home is a brand new place. They are a bit expensive but worth every penny.

Job Done did such a great job on my new tiles. They demolished everything in one day. Took all the garbage with them leaving my home clean. They also installed the tiles quickly. All my questions were answered. The communication with this company is amazing. I highly recommend them, the investment was worth every penny.

We recently had a leak in our newly renovated basement that damaged some of the drywall in our ceiling. In addition, we had a gap in our closet that we have wanted to to fill in with a wall for quite some time, and so we decided to get both fixed at once.

After reaching out to Homestars for quotes, George quickly contacted us and offered to come out the same day for an inspection.

True to his word, he arrived shortly after and promised he could get the work started the next day at a competitive price. Based on that we went with George, and are happy we did. The renovation was completed in a timely manner, and you could never tell there was a leak in the ceiling or a hole in our closet in the first place. We will definitely be reaching out to George and his team for future projects.

job done did a fantastic job on my bathroom Reno. They demolished everything quickly, and literally the next day the new tiles were installed. George takes his time to answer all my questions and his team works fast. I highly recommend them!!

UPDATE:

While the initial service received was great, we ran into some issues post the grout repair and the response from George unfortunately has compelled me to update my review. I even waited two weeks since my last exchange with George, hoping he would follow up. Nope.

The initial service and communication with George was great. As previously mentioned, George was professional and came in shortly after our request to repair our grout in our guest bath as we were posting our home for sale.

The day that George finished our grout, my husband and I posted our house for sale. We were out of our residence for the entire week of showings. Upon our return, we didn’t use our guest shower because it’s not our main bath and it’s something that’s only primarily used when we have guests over.

I decided to use our guest shower for the first time last week...and regretted it. A few minutes into my shower, I noticed the water would not drain and quickly found myself standing in a foot of water. I ended up having to call my husband into the bathroom to assist as we both spent a ridiculously long time scooping out water with a towel and bowl. When we finally managed to access our drain by removing the cover, we saw the grout build up.

It appears that during the job, excess grout must have down the drain. We tried to pick out as much as we could, but not being experts, we decided not proceed further. I waited to contact George the next morning.

I was quite shocked by his response. George said he was “out of country” which...fine. I don’t expect anyone to fly home and fix my grout (especially during a pandemic), but I did expect some eventual realistic resolution. George also responded by stating that it was “a long time since I was there,” which was laughable since it was only 2.5 weeks. (I have attached our exchange for reference).

Even if months had passed, the fact that grout was deep down in our drain by no fault of our own shouldn’t be something my husband and I had to fix. George even left extra grout for my husband to use and thank God he never got around to using it - I cannot imagine that if he did, how the issue could have been worse. What made George’s response even more insulting was the recommendation to “use Drano.” Thanks.

My husband and I ended up having to spend extra money to fix the issue as George never followed up. We called in real professionals three days later, who eventually had to use muriactic acid and a vacuum to get rid of the extra water and grout, which, by the way, ended up deep in the drain (a drain snake did not even work, but Drano was supposed to?)

I am just disappointed. I am very happy to post great reviews when I receive great service - which is why I did in the first place. And while George did do the job for a discount, I now wish I went with the initial people I contacted who quoted me more but at least would’ve done the job properly. I wasn’t even upset that grout had fallen down the drain - stuff like that happens. But I don’t expect to be basically told it’s my problem, when I’m not the one who caused it.

George answered our request to have our guest shower grout fixed quickly as we were selling our home and the shower was in great need of repair. We didn't have any extra tiles for George to use, but he worked around that and the end result was beautiful. Communication was quick and professional, and we were offered a great deal (I was quoted by another company almost double). Thank you!

The guys did a quality job in removing old tile and replacing with new. They actually completed the work earlier than expected, and even threw in some extra work that came up at no charge. They left the work site clean.
