I called Eric after we had a technician (from a company we later found out was defrauding customers) come and check our dishwasher. We did not trust the diagnostic from the company so we called Best Appliance Repair for a second opinion. Eric responded to my request immediately and was able to come the same day. He found the problem immediately and even stayed to make sure the appliance was working properly after the work the other technician had done. Eric was punctual, knowledgeable and very professional. From now on, I know who I will be calling first for any appliance issues that I have. Thanks Eric!

Had a very frustrating time trying to get old oven repaired before finally buying a new one. Then no luck with getting it installed until I found Best Appliance Repairs on Home Stars- very quick to respond, very informative, professional and efficient. The new oven was installed and tested smoothly and quickly. Strongly recommended and wonderful to know of them for any future appliance repair needs.

Eric installed a refrigerator. He was on time, efficient and completed the job. The fridge was a bit bigger than the space allotted and he was able to come up with a work around and solve the issue. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for appliance repair.

I have never written a review before but had to because of the incredible service I received. Eric is excellent. I had two technicians come look at my fridge. Both couldnt seem to figure out the issue. I was provided Erics contact from a friend who used him before. From the time I called him he was very helpful and honest. He was able to speak with my tenant to get what the issue was and called me to advise me on the best route to take. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again. It is very hard to find a technician that is honest, reliable and responds quickly.

An honest repair guy with top-notch skills that go above and beyond! I replaced an old single-unit top loader wash/dryer tower with a new energy-efficient LG combo dryer/wash tower. The new one needed an extra .5cm clearance in the closet for sliding doors to close, which required creativity to make this work. Eric not only replaced the existing vent with a low-profile flat vent duct to give additional clearance in the closet, but he also recommended moving out the closet sliding door tracks and did the additional work which is outside of service offerings. I highly recommend this company.

Prompt, courteous service. My dryer was not heating. Eric explained exactly what needed to be done, and had the parts on hand (Replaced thermal fuse and thermostat, exhaust pipe), so my dryer was fixed in 45 minutes, and even checked/cleaned the outside vent for me. Workspace left clean too.

I had to get my washer repaired, as it was leaking. Eric and his business partner reached out to me right away and was able to see me the same day.
