Polaron

We’ve had a solar panel system from Polaron for several months now and we still love it. We were initially worried about using their web application to monitor our panels. Neither I or my wife are very tech-savvy people, but everything is super easy to use and navigate and makes the experience of owning solar panels much more gratifying.

Polaron is very easy to work with and the panels we have now have been working great so far. We were a little overwhelmed at first with all the forms and applications, but they took care of everything for us which made the whole process very easy. There were a couple of hitches when covid hit but they would reach out whenever there were delays and I liked how responsive they were when I had concerns. Overall a very good experience working with them.

The company was great to work with and was very helpful with recommending the best setup for my needs, but they were also willing to listen to my requests. They came out and performed the site survey which was very thorough. I talked with the team that day about having more panels facing the front of the house, and they helped me get everything set up the way I wanted it. I’m really happy with the product. The customer service and attitude of the team went above and beyond.

Panels were installed by sunly. Team was informative and courteous. Check-ins before each step of the project kept us informed on what to expect and when. Very pleased with our system.

Researched several companies and chose this one. They were friendly, informative and helpful. All the technicians were skilled and knew what to do, explaining their tasks in the process. This is not a quick process so be patient. I went through the solar program and paid about $500 up front and have a 0% interest rate for the length of the loan. There was a mix up which with one phone call was quickly rectified. NSP was probably the longest wait but Covid had a lot to do with that. I am happy with NSP bill !!!

I was referred to Polaron by a friend of mine. My wife and I picked the financing options and I liked how thoroughly they explained their deals and how the process would work. They kept in constant communication with me from the application process to the installation process. The panels are now up and ready and I’m very happy with everything, especially the savings

Decided one day to check out an add on Facebook that Polaron had. Did the math and it was a no brainer plain and simple, why keep paying an electric bill that only increases yearly or use Polaron’s 0% monies to finance a power station of my own and bill the power company!

Polaron met my expectations. The proposal received explained how the system worked, the benefits, and projected savings. As the project proceeded, I was kept informed as the work reached the various milestones along the way. They responded to my questions as they came up. Once installation began, it took about a month to complete. Installation was later than expected. Initially I was told the system should be completed in the fall of 2020. But it was delayed and not completed until April of 2021. As the weather warms up and the sunny days get longer and more frequent, we are enjoying our solar system.

We came across a Polaron representative at our local Home Depot. The gentleman there was very knowledgeable and helped us to understand the products, the service, the pricing, and the procedures. He hooked us up with a Polaron agent in Toronto, who was equally helpful. All of our targets have been met, and we are now just awaiting installation in the next few weeks. We could not be more excited, and have been very happy with the service from Polaron from start to almost finish. We are happy to recommend Polaron with pleasure!
