Their very practical advice and approach to finishing a basement in a new home, put us at ease right away. Brilliant design, superb project management, an outstanding renovation team, and experienced tradespeople resulted in a spacious, functional, not to mention beautiful basement that far exceeded our expectations. At the heart of this renovation was our project manager, and his attention to detail, responsiveness, and dedication to our project was exemplary. My Location had zoning issue related to legal basement. Aruba Designs not only helped us through permit process but also helped in saving money by suggesting changes in the drawing. After permit issues all work and inspection was done by the company and this gave me a peace of mind. They also allowed me to visit some of their ongoing jobs before we signed an agreement.
