They did thorough cleaning of the washrooms and kitchen. We are very happy with the work.

Great cleaning service for the places that were actually cleaned; however there were two major issues with our service. First, we were quoted $25/hour for approximately 5 hours. This quote was unilaterally doubled as two cleaners showed up requiring double the amount of money we initially expected. We would've appreciated a more accurate quote of $25/hour per person. We would have also appreciated knowing beforehand that two people were coming to clean our home.

Second, an entire washroom was missed - no cleaning done at all. Our home is not large yet a whole washroom was missing. Not sure where the time went for 5 hours of cleaning x2 people. As a comparison, our last cleaner was able to clean the entire house in 5 hours - by herself - for half the price... We're not overly happy with this situation.

I was expecting one person but two showed up with their own cleaning products and boy, they were incredibly efficient and very nice. The cost for two was $60 an hour but they were more than generous with their time. Couldn’t be happier.

Cleaning professionally done, new tenant only needed to move in as the apartment looked as like new and spotless.
