Assured Basements

We hired Assured Basements to do a secondary suite for us in Guelph. From Start to finish the process was smooth and Assured Basements took care of all the necessary work including permits, architectural drawings as well as all the work that needed to be done. The Estimator was very well versed in understanding scope requirements of code for what needed to be done. The process took a total of two months. All the egress windows, fire rated doors, walkout and sprinkler system in furnace room were all done to code as by city’s requirement. We also love the kitchen that They offered us as they have lots of cabinet selections and counter top selections. Overall We recommend Assured Basements for this renovation.

I am thrilled and very glad at the way our new basement completed by Assured Basements turned out to be. Assured basements have done a fabulous job. Starting with the detailed scope evaluation and estimation by Mike, meticulous planning by Ryan and his team in charting out the schedule, it has been a very enjoyable journey all along the way. Myself and my wife can attest to the fact, that they have done a great job in optimizing the space. Now our kids are happy that they have some extra space for themselves. The contractors who came to work were very slick in adhering to the schedules and the update of the Builder trend app was very timely and helpful.
Mike and Ryan were very helpful in sharing their expertise in choosing best possible choices among the many. Frequent calls to us to see how the job is progressing showed that they were very professional and on top of it.
Overall, we are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Assured Basements did a great job on our basement reno. From beginning to end, they were very attentive you our requirements and did an amazing job. Mike, Ryan, Jake and Nathan were all very professional and were able to make adjustments throughout the process.
We are especially pleased with our feature wall. It turned out exactly like we wanted and Ryan was able to figure out the most cost effective way to build it.
They recommended that I do the demo myself to save some money which I did. We found old leaks behind the walls so they suggested sprayfoam insulation which would kill any mold and reduce leaks for the foreseeable future. This increased the cost but I highly recommend it as we could notice right away our basement was warmer on cool days and cooler on hot/humid days.
I would highly recommend Assured basements for your reno.

After reviewing a bunch of contractors, we selected Assured Basements because of these reasons:
1) They were very professional
2) They offer better materials
3) a wide variety of flooring and baseboard selections
4) They don't offer cheap standards unlike other companies

The Assured Basement team was great and did my basement in milton. They were prompt on time and finished the basement in 5 weeks. I highly recommend ryan and his team.

I am amazed by having the Basement Shell solution done by Assured Basements. I met with a bunch of contractors and Assured Basements is one of a kind. The company offered this package where they do all the preliminary work framing, boarding, electrical, plumbing and mudding. I just had to paint, put floors and trim together and off I went. I paid Assured twenty four thousand all in for this service and was able to complete my basement on a budget. I want to thank Nathan, Ashley, Ryan, Hernando and Jake.

Shoutout to the team at Assured! Not only am I happy with the quality of the work but it was the team that stood out most as they were extremely professional, courteous and customer focused. Nathan, Eduardo, Jake Mike and Bashir made sure I was happy with their work and addressed anything I asked quickly and efficiently.

Thank you all, my kids are loving the extra space! It's crazy how much bigger it feels now that it's done.

1. Our Familia needed another own room in our basemen and we came to Assured basements for the project. They absolutely exceeded our expectations. Not only did they have creative solutions for our basement space, Assured Basements team were on time, professional, and actually a joy to have in the house. For a project that necessarily involves coming into someone's hearth and home, I think it really matters that the contractors are not only professional, but friendly and approachable. We added work as we went along, and they were fair about the change orders which come with any job - we even gained a storage room we didn't hope for. We are unbelievably pleased with our renovation and the fact we have "gained more house" in the effort.

Well where to start. I am super pleased with the service Assured Basements has provided me 1) Ryan is a very organized and punctual individual. 2) He works very hard to find the right selections for his clients 3)They use a very sophisticated CRM management system where me and my husband were able to do all of our selections, pick our finishes and meet with their designer. 4) unlike other companies I was vetting they have a huge collection of differenct floors to choose from, whether its vinyl, luxury vinyl, luxury laminate or even carpet selections. 5) They plan and design out niches and feature walls with proper measurements on CAD drawings. All in all the list will go on but I must say We are one happy family and we got the basement of our dream done for our family through Assured Basements. We called Assured Basements to help us finish our basement in Thornhill. Ryan and his team were able to provide excellent finishes. Everyone on the team did a great job and we highly recommend them. We called them in November and they finished our Basement Right before Christmas.
