I was looking for a company to replace my roof when I saw a sign advertising Olympia Roofing. I called Fabio and he set up an appointment the very next day. I was wowed. I had called other roofing places but never received a call back. Fabio explained the job from start to finish. He was straight forward and honest. He did what he said he was going to do. Fabio actually went above and beyond. He replaced my flashing without being asked. Made such a difference. The roof looks amazing. I was so impressed with Fabio and his team that I referred him to my neighbors. They replaced their roof with Olympia as well. Thank you Fabio and team. You guys are awesome.

Fabio was very honest, which is hard to come by.
He came when he said he was coming and did not create work that was not necessary.
I felt completely satisfied with his inspection, as he took pictures of my roof/vents, for me to see.

I had a great experience with Olympia Roofing. Fabio is especially friendly and polite. He and his crew did a great job with my roof and finished it in a timely fashion. Fabio was working on my street so I asked him for a quote. He offered the best price and explained the options for roof valleys. I live on a corner with the same roofing as my neighbor so we both had our shingles replaced during the same week.

My kids returned from school while they were working. The crew was polite and stopped working while the kids were around and entering the house.

This turned into a two day job as it started raining. I asked Fabio if I should be concerned. He confirmed what I could see from the ground . . . that the whole roof wasn't removed at once . . . rather that he closed any portions of the roof that were opened on day 1. Perfect.

Job was completed in 2016 and I have not had any issues with water entering whatsoever. I would recommend Fabio anytime. They cleaned up afterwards and were easy to do business with. I would ask him to return for another job.

After observing Fabio and his crew reshingle many roofs in my neighborhood, I decided to give Olympia Roofing a call for an estimate. Fabio called ahead of the scheduled appointment to advise me that he is on his way, this is a priceless service in today’s hustle and bustle.

Upon measuring the roof, he provided me with a very detailed written estimate, venting recommendations ( very important to have the right number of vents on the roof) and what is included in the price.

It was a no brainer to give the job to Fabio and Olympia Roofing, we agreed on a date to start the work and they arrived on time as scheduled.

They did an amazing job of removing all the old shingles and removing/hammering the old nails in. They also did a great shop in sweeping the roof, removing the old vents, cleaning the gutters, and in inspecting the condition of the plywood sheating before starting to install the underlayment and the ice and water shield in the roof valleys and around the roof perimeter. Great care of the surrounding area was taken while transporting the shingles to the roof of my 2 story home.

Installing the new shingles was very systematic and precise, Olympia followed the shingle manufacturers installation requirements of 6-8 nails per shingle.

Upon completion, the driveway and walkways around the house were thoroughly swept with the magnetic roller. All traces of paper packaging material was also cleaned up. The entire area was then broom swept.

Fabio and his Olympia Roofing crew are truly committed in doing a great job, very professional and offer tremendous workmanship.... NO SHORTCUTS TAKEN.......ONLY TOP NOTCH WORK DONE BY OLYMPIA ROOFING

Fabio is a super nice guy, and tries to give you the best experience possible. His team is great at what they do, and they are very organized. I very much recommend these guys. They are hard workers, and on top of that they have some of the most competitive prices in the GTA.
