Maple K and S

As good as it gets in the roofing business. I have high expectations when entering into a contract and am very satisfied with the outcome. These guys deliver quality and are very professional. I am very happy with my decision and would recommend them without hesitation.

Water was coming through my den ceiling which is under the second floor deck. Called Maple K and S and Connie, Darren, Jeff, and his crew removed four layers of shingles and the rotting wood underneath, put on a multi[-layered high-grade roof, fixed crumbling masonry, removed and disposed of the old decking. Connie also took the time to share tips on how to prevent damage to the new roof when the new deck was built. The crew worked incredibly hard and clearly knew their stuff. This company has earned its outstanding reputation. I'll be recommending to Maple K and S my family and friends.

This is the second time we have used Maple K and S company. This time it was to replace the garage (12x20) and shed (8x8) shingles. Small job but Maple K was able to schedule the job in a timely manner. He is so organized - nothing falls through the cracks with him. He was very responsive and kept me informed of what would happen and when.
As usual, the roofing, cleanup, attention to detail was excellent. I particularly liked Anthony's workmanship.

Roof on homes completed our new roof install. I obtained several quotes and their quote was very competitive but not the lowest, ultimately based on the professional estimate, in person consultation regarding the scope and Material with Connie, Darren, Jeff. The installation team was very courteous, arrived on time, respectful of my property at all times and ensured to clean up. The roof looks great. I had contacted Darren to install a kitchen vent exhaust on my roof. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions with respect to what the vent would look like and which type is best. He was able to come in and install it quickly and provided photos of his work. Great service.

Darren and his crew recently did our roof. They did a very thorough job in a timely manner replacing shingles and redoing flat roof portion. They completely cleaned up after completing the work. They are experts at their job and if you want a job done perfectly, the Maple K and S are the way to go.
