Zak and his crew were fantastic. So easy to deal with. They showed up when they said they would and had 5 windows installed the same day. They look great and were finished expertly. Everything was cleaned up. We can really feel the difference in the temperature - so much more comfortable. We have more window projects to go and we will for sure go through Mountainview!!

Very difficult replacement of doors in an older home not exactly “level”. They removed and replaced the doors and were able to hang the doors and jambs perfectly level! The product was high quality and easily painted and so solid. Like a car door you close to test these were great and the finish cladding was seamless. Independent installers, chose the best value, highest quality product.

This company is truly 5 star! My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the entire process. Communication was crystal clear with Zac and the finished product sure brought huge smiles to both of our faces. We are beyond satisfied with our new windows from Mountainview Windows and Doors! From the initial contact, quote, chosing the install date, to the installation and final billing Zack was easy to work with. We had lots of questions and he had all the answers. He was professional and it was easy to make a few changes along the way. We were a little hesitant to have work done in the house with the current pandemic, but Zack and Alex were respectful and followed all Covid regulations. Our project took the 3 days they quoted us and at the end of each day you could barely even tell they were there as they cleaned up their worksite, which having 2 active kids was much appreciated. Both the outside work and inside work was spectacular. We can't believe the quality of the work done around our bay window. It looks like the centerpiece of our room. We would not hesitate to recommend Mountainview Windows and Doors, in fact we already have!

Being an absentee owner makes it difficult to find contractors you can trust. Zack was referred to me by a friend and I am extremely happy with the results! His estimate came quickly, was competitively priced and there were no additional charges. He asked clarifying questions about the trim and made a suggestion on door hardware so there was no surprises. And when the windows were ready from the manufacturer they were installed in one day and look fantastic!

Zach was really responsive when we were looking to get quotes and explained the quality of the different offerings really clearly. He was clear about his quote and pricing and did amazing quality work. When we asked him to come back to make some adjustments to the new locks and a squeaky hinge, he came right away and took care of everything. Would recommend him and his team to anyone!

Excellent customer service. Zach and his team were very professional and reliable. Windows were beautifully installed with excellent workmanship! Mountainview Windows did such a good job installing our windows the first year, we had them back to replace more windows the following year. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future renovations. And they are very very good guys!

I met Zach in a BNI Calgary referal breakfast and since the moment I talked to him about my needs, he understood them. He guided me (and my family) on the quote process and provided detailed documentation the type of windows my home required (2 for the living room and 3 for the basement area).

At the installation day, the whole team was dilligent for not disturbing our daily activities and provided explanation of the installation methods and how the new 3 pane windows would benefit my home environment. We are very happy with the performance and looks of the windows as well as the professionalism he and his crew demostrate while doing the job.
