Ali always has positive energy, and always brings new solutions to the table. This was my first time doing a top-to-bottom renovation of my basement (SDU) and I was very pleased with the results. Ottawa Home Contractors has a very reliable team, they were able to complete the project on time and on budget. Also, I was out of town for part of the reno project, and they kept me informed of progress every step of the way. I have a very good experience with the whole process from the first visit till the end of the job. Ali was the project manager, He helped us finding the materials we like. And He was at the job everyday guiding the carpenters and checking on them. Both carpenters were really polite and professional. They were responsive everytime I had some questions. The whole experience was above my expectations.

Dastjerdi Ltd. was found through Home Depot "find a local contractor" and they responded quickly, came to see what needed to be done and the repairs were done professionally and quickly. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Retained Ali for finishing our basement and the addition of a bathroom and stand up shower, which involved an extensive plumbing and electrical work given that we had no rough-in for the toilet, we had to move the hot tank water and move the washer/dryer. Ali was the most professional contractor that quoted us, he clearly explained all the steps needed and his quote was very thorough and the payment milestones clearly outlined. From the first contact until the job was completed, he was responsive, easy to communicate with and very professional. The job was completed on time and on budget and we are very happy with the result. We will definitely consider him for any renovation we may have in the future.

Dastjerdi Ltd. is a company that has restored my faith in contractors. He came to my home to tile a 6X8 bathroom (a job I struggled to find anyone to do). He was prompt with both his work and communications. He even prompted follow-up communications. He answered all my questions and even anticipated some of the ones that I might have. He was really clear about the work he was going to do versus what I had to do (ex: I was responsible for choosing and buying my tile). This made me feel at ease. He was also flexible as after the initial consult, I asked if heated floors could also be done and the appropriate changes were made to the estimate and timeline.
At the end of the job, he left me with clear instructions and showed me all the work that had been done (He even caulked around my bathtub, because he saw it needed to be done).
I would choose them again for my next renovation project.
