Femia was hired to do a full condo remodel. Demolition of all walls, floors, ceilings, kitchen, washrooms and bedrooms. All electrical and plumbing was removed.

The bathrooms and kitchen fixtures locations were all relocated.

Femia was in charge of coordinating all the trade work.

They carried out all the work - installing new walls, coffered ceilings throughout, new lighting, new bathroom and kitchen fixtures, new flooring, new kitchen and bathroom cupboards, new tiles in bathrooms, all trim work, all painting and a fabulous tv accent wall.

We wanted to modernize our deck by replacing side panels. Team came up with a great design to use our existing structure. All completed within one day. Efficient, friendly and skilled. Very satisfied !!

We are very happy with our decision to use Femia Contracting to renovate our bathroom. Pasqule and his team were very friendly, punctual and courteous. They respected all Covid 19 protocols while in our home and kept us updated through the entire process. Communication was great. We plan to do another bathroom in our home next year, and we will definitely be using Femia again.

Pasquale helped us reimagine two bathrooms and a powder room turning them into amazing zen spaces with cool features. Pasquale has a true designer’s eye: his ideas allowed us to see the space in a different light. He is also extremely attentive to details. We really appreciated Pasquale taking care of all aspects of the project. The team also built an amazing cedar deck for us and installed backsplash in the kitchen. We will definitely hire Pasquale for the next project.
