Darrell was friendly, informative and confident his expertise in eliminating wasps would solve our wasp problem. Will see what happens in 48 hours and hope the wasps will be gone as Darrell indicated. He shared how to keep ourselves safe too (our young child, pets and neighbors) while the entire process with the dust takes effect! Darrell has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and keeps me informed of the progress. We had rodent and ant issues. Part of the job was to spray for ants outside. Darrell was tracking the weather to make sure that there were enough days without rain after he sprayed so that the spray would provide the maximum benefit! Darrell is fantastic. He came to my house within 30 minutes after I called panicky because there was a half-alive mouse in my basement (I had been seeing droppings but had not yet dealt with them). He took care of the mouse, put a plan in place AND calmed me down. He will be coming back in 1 months for a follow up to ensure that the job is done. I would highly recommend him.

Darrell was great. We contacted him at 8pm on a Wednesday. He responded within 5 minutes and booked us for 10am Thursday morning. Was referred to Darrell At Pestko from a friend who had recently hired them to remove squirrels. We had an issue with some carpenter ants in my bedroom window sill. I called Darrell and he was able to schedule an appointment a 2 days later. He arrived a little early for the appointment which was nice, he was very polite and knowledgeable as he walked us through his process. He patiently answered all our questions. He took care of the issue with the ants in the window sill and sprayed the entire perimeter of the house. I asked him about another ant hill in the front yard and he took care of spraying that as well.
