Shiners Window and Gutter Cleaning

We hired David to clean our gutters and he was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. He showed up on time, did a great job cleaning the gutters (and took pictures) and didnt require much attention on our side. He knew what he was doing and the whole experience was very smooth. David showed up for the job as planned and after a brief discussion got started on the job. During the course of the work, David provided updates and valuable feed back and willingly did some extras that was not part of the actual work agreement: he took pictures of the roof where shingles were missing.
David is friendly, a willing listener and opened to discussion. Quality of work is very good and David give verbal warranty for the job he did. David will be my go-to contractor for any similar job.

My mother had a leaky eavestrough joint and a clogged downspout. David came right away to check it out. He fixed everything. He came back that same night in the rain to see a water overflow issue.. There was one piece of gutter guard adding to the issue which he removed and solved the problem. We are very pleased with his work. He is very professional, thorough and highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of meeting David and one of his employees a week ago, when they came by to clean our windows. David is a very personable guy that takes pride in his work and in his company. They came over, explained what they were going to do, answered my questions and got the job done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. The salesman, Solomon was also a pleasure to deal with, which is rare in my experience because salesman can be a little pushy at times, but I have no complaints about anything with this business.

It is a challenge to find contractors willing to help and a further challenge to find ones who identify as interested but do not call back. David responded quickly, explained what they do, gave a base estimate and a scheduled time. The time didn't work because of the weather, he was courteous enough to explain and reschedule twice. He arrived as promised, was very pleasant and easy to work with, could have charged for more work but said it wasn't needed....exceptional response and extraordinary service
