Sina did a bunch of small jobs for me when I was trying to stage my condo, including painting, caulking, replacing a bathroom fan, many small drywall fixes, fixing some laminate issues, and having the bathtub reglazed. Sina is professional, pleasant to work with, very accommodating and has a wide range of skills in many areas. Overall I was very happy with the work and how fast and smoothly it was done.

The contractor arrived to start this 1 Bedroom Condo Paint Restoration Including Extensive Repairs project on time. Reviewed what needed to be done and started work without delay. The project was completed on schedule according to budget. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication with the customer. Sina and his team did a complete remodel of our bathroom, as well as a dishwasher install in our kitchen (including electrical and plumbing) and a ceiling fan in a second bathroom. Sina was great to work with throughout the renovation - friendly, honest and a great communicator. There were some minor delays due to issues with materials and fitting around our vacation, but Sina stayed in touch throughout and made sure to complete the work around our schedule. We are really happy with the work.

Sina and his team were amazing! We required big patches of drywall, replacing laminate, painting the walls and ceiling and replacing 2 light fixtures with potlights. They gave a very fair price, worked quickly and quality was very good. They cleaned everything up, and I was very impressed with the communication: all questions promptly answered, arrivals announced etc. Would recommend highly.

Sina and his highly professional team did an AMAZING job on a total bathroom renovation project for us- from gutting to changing the bathtub to a walk-in shower. I cant thank him enough - for working hard, for being on time each day and for keeping in constant touch throughout the project. From start to finish the bathroom was done in two weeks as promised. I made a few changes mid way through the project and Sina accommodated my ideas without a hitch. His wonderful father came in at the end of the job to finish the final details such as painting and caulking. The end result is a STUNNING washroom that is beyond my expectations!
