The team followed the permits exactly with a few minor changes that i wanted and the team had no problem accommodating those changes. Starting from the egress windows, plumbing, hvac, electrical, framing, drywall, flooring, tiling, complete finishing etc. I am extremely proud with their work and professionalism. Talha and Nomaan provided a quote for framing and drywall for our basement second-unit (legal/permit). Their pricing was competitive with other contractors, and they started framing within week after.
