Our family got everything installed in November 2021. We were told we would get rebates from Enbridge and refunded for getting the auditor to come and check everything out. The rep who had come to our front door ended up blocking my number. I've been calling the past few weeks and months to get someone to investigate on why we haven't received our rebate yet and no one has gotten back to me. I've tried calling 3 times today and have gotten hung up on all three times.

20,000 dollar loan at 2,99 percent for 2 yrs., then 10.99 percent for the next 18 yrs, all for a waterless tank and a whole bunch of cheap items for free. They didn't even discuss the 20,000 cost or interest until after I was to sign the forms. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I could buy 5 hotwater tanks, 5 furnaces, and 5 air conditioners, for the 20,000 plus interest being charged for ONLY A WATERLESS TANK>

Everything was installed in March, was promised a rebate, had 2 inspectors cancel appointments, service reps not calling back, I think this was all a slick sales pitch to a single senior.

Had a great experience working with Shae! So polite, great customer service and installation was fast, easy and hassle less. Definitely recommend!

i would stay away from this company.. One of their reps came to our home, promoting to replace our existing Reliance hotwater system promising that it would not cost us anything more than what we are paying at the moment, but we would get much more ( tankless water heater, water softener, air purifier, nest thermostat) and they will take over everything from Reliance. This is an energy saving program. we will be paying every month same amount we were paying to Reliance for the new system. He asked to sign a form in order to find out if we are eligible for this program. we two educated people blindly signed it not bothering or read. Many a time I asked the rep., if it can be passed on to the new owners if we decide to sell the house. He assured me of it. Before we know the next day things arrive, and the installment process starts. On third day i get a phone call about approval of my loan. First time i hear the word loan. I was really taken back. I phoned the rep, and the office. Now for the first time I learn that the cost of the equipment is a loan that i am taking from a third party company with an interest, and when i sell the house I have to buy out the balance. "Loan" and "Buy out" were two words never mentioned by the rep.
Now i am stuck with a loan and fixed something that was not broken in the first place.
Our heating system is powered by hot water, which the rep failed to observe, then they came up with combination tankless heater during installation time to accommodate this.
They said they have upgraded me to an efficient heating system , instead my home is colder than before.
The rep said he would visit the home when the work is complete, which he never did, and they were going to send someone to check the door bell which didn't happen either. Also he said he would be taking care of a check from Ontario Government for the energy saving upgrade, and there has not been any follow up to this.
Right now i have a system, that I am not sure if it matches the price I paid for.
Not reading and believing everything the rep. said was a big big mistake.

I had an incredible experience with the Provincial Smart Home group. I had just bought a very old century home in the Beeton New Tecumseth area and was very worried about my heating and cooling situation as well as the lack of insulation I had in my entire house. I had come across the Enbridge website when they had referred me to local contracting company and rebate service provider Provincial Smart Home ‘s and they put me in front of the right auditors from Canadian energy audits and the right contractors to finish my house exceptionally. I have had a full home job done by this company and had invested upwards of $30,000 into the project. My home is not worth an added hundred thousand from local real estate quotes because of the upgrades and work done and provided by the Provincial Smart Home group . The rep Christian was exceptional and the quality of work completed has been nothing but superlative. I would recommend this job/company to anybody who is looking for the right home improvements and making their homes smart home

Overall a good experience. I received all I was supposed to and installation was done in a timely fashion. Installers were friendly and curteous. A few problems found by the electrician but he fixed them up and went above and beyond what he was contracted to do.

The installers, electriction and administration were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for constantly calling and checking all was in order.

My initial plan was to get my $50/month water heater rental bought out and have a reverse osmosis and softener installed. But after seeing the what I could get for a few $$$ more per month, I decided to get the Google Nest doorbell cam, outdoor security cameras, and nest thermostat.
There were separate installers that installed the water systems and the Google home automation equipment. All the technicians were very professional and courteous.
In the end, it was a very good deal and I am very happy to have gotten rid of my water heater rental bill.
