Professional, friendly service from the very beginning. From inquiring for a quotation to the actual delivery of service, it was a pleasant and friendly experience. We’ve been doing quite a few repairs/upgrades to the house and dealing with lots of people, and it’s such a relief to deal with a company who does not make you feel obligated to choose them upon request for a quotation, and who are such a pleasure to speak with throughout the entire process. Not to mention, it’s such a relief to deal with a company who does the job properly, with no surprise costs once the job has begun and who are respectful by following current public health measures with this pandemic. I appreciate that all the people from this company respected that we are all wearing masks at this time for everyone’s protection…I appreciated the way I didn’t feel intimated when speaking to anyone who represented this company. Honest, friendly service makes such a difference in these kind of experiences and we don’t feel like we got ripped off for the money we paid. From speaking to Alex initially, then Kevin, and Josh (I think was his name) and then the installers Adam and Ashiel, such a pleasant experience. Ashiel really stood out to me because he took such pride in his work that he made sure things we done practically to perfection and he was incredibly polite and respectful! “A little bit goes a long way”

Mike and the team at Arctic Vinyl recently installed a new front door and set of windows for us. My wife and I are so pleased with how it turned out. From the beginning, Mike was very professional and personable, visited our house and provided great initial information and selection on products. He was also able to provide a mock-up of how the door and sidelite would look on our house, as well as colour recommendations.

On the day of, the install team was just as professional and took care of any remaining trims, our wood floors, and after finishing, they cleaned up well. The installation itself turned out excellent – I would recommend Mike and Arctic Vinyl’s services to any friends and family.

Mike and his team were professional and thorough in their installation. They checked in frequently and kept me in the loop about the fabrication process and the install went smoothly.

Ordered windows mid-September and was told they would be available mid-December which they were. Order process was efficient and Alex was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process - he even arranged for me to pick them up directly from the manufacturer so I could have them before the Christmas holidays. Under normal circumstances windows would have been available sooner but Covid delays prevail. I will require more windows later this year, look forward to working with Alex again and would highly recommend AVW and Alex to anyone needing windows.

Front door is finished and looks great, windows will be done on Feb. we are happy with the work and service.

Mike and his team were amazing. From estimating and providing us various options, to proactive communication and updates while waiting for fabrication, and then quick and clean installation. Our old house has never looked this good.

Looks great. Installed new front door and Patio door. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in getting new doors. Alex is great to deal with as well as the installer
