I needed to replace a very old toilet that was running non-stop in a vacant home. The water was shut off so it wasn't an emergency. I placed my request for a quote with HomeStars. Luke responded almost immediately. He's super easy to deal with, made me feel I'd get a fair price, and was flexible with the scheduling. As I was not at the home when the work was done, he sent me a picture of the completed job as well as video of the toilet flushing properly. Everything was cleaned up and then he called to confirm my plan to dispose of the old toilet so there would be no misunderstanding. I wish all businesses were this great to deal with.

Luke from Dynasty Renovation responded quickly to my request for service. They removed some furniture from my basement with care, cleaned up the debris. They also gave me the best quote for the work. I would highly recommend Dynasty.

Had a clogged drain that I tried to snake myself and created a hole in the pipe. I had called Sunday night to explain the situation and Luke had taken on the job. He was very punctual and showed up at my door right on time at 8am the next morning. Most contractors dont even answer the phone on Sundays . He was professional and very clean. He fixed the issue and cleaned up after himself. The only thing is it costed me more than I expected which was disappointing. But otherwise service and professionalism was great, I would hire again.

Update- a few days later I had a little leak happening on the same pipe. Luke came back right away and fixed it free of charge. Again, very clean , fast and efficient. Thank you .

Luke came to our home early April. We had 2 floods of the basement in March due to some drastic temperate changes and we needed help to get it fixed. Between April and August we stayed in touch with Luke as I wanted to make sure we could secure the date that we thought would work for us... mother nature had other plans. After a heavy rainfall, our basement had a smaller flood and so waiting until late October was not going to work. Luke and Max's work crew worked quickly and professionally for 3 days digging out along 36 feet of our back wall of the house to install a new membrane, weeping tile, 2 window wells, etc. They had to remove about 4 feet of deck boards and shovel very heavy clay/rocks dirt. The weeping tile on our 25 yr old house was installed above the foundation and parts were completely blocked and broken off in other sections. It was such a relief when the job was done that it was done RIGHT! Our deck was put back together and everything was put back in place. Great clean up. It was a pleasure working with Luke and Max. Their crews were awesome and they have the right team for the job! They arrived before 8AM and got to work right away. We highly recommend Dynasty Renovations and trust these professionals.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink that was leaking into the basement. Luke reached out to me through Homestars to understand my issue. I found that he was very thorough and reasonable with his approach so I hired him to do the job.

After he inspected our problem he determined that it was a clog in the line going into the basement and was able to snake it out using a mechanical tool. While he was here, he also pointed out our clog was likely due to the poor alignment of the plumbing underneath the sink so he was able to fix that issue quickly and also tightened the elbow which was likely the source or the leak.

Overall I was impressed by his efficiency and professionalism. I would definitely hire him again for future jobs.
