DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They did ou tile tub surround/tub and floor. Tub and tile are ok, didn't remove grout first like they said and just sprayed over it. There are bubbles and covered up dirt in the floor. I had cleaned it but they didn't clean it again after doing tub/tile. (did that part last) Smell was awful, make you pay before they leave but smell is so strong and they have plastic sheets all taped up so you can't really get a good look until after they leave (and have paid). No replies to my emails. BONUS: Got paint spray on my hardwood floors. UGH! Stay away!

Got my tub surround done and wow Im amazed at the difference, done fast and efficient looks brand new, the technician was friendly and polite great job !

Do not trust this company! Sam (the Manager) advised I needed to pay extra money to have my tub's finish stripped down to ensure a proper adhesion. He said I could have the job done under the table without paying tax but there'd be no 5 year guarantee and I opted to pay the extra $90 for the warranty. It took over 3 weeks for the finish to harden and something so light as a rubber drain plug or a towel draped over the edge of the tub left impressions in the paint. After six weeks the finish has almost completely lost its shine. When I phoned and emailed, Sam promised to come the following Tuesday but no one showed or returned my subsequent calls. My husband waited a couple of weeks and called from a different number, Sam said he'd send a tech the following Tuesday. No one arrived nor are they returning my calls and emails - we're being ghosted again. Buyer beware when dealing with this company!

I’m out of town so expected a travel expense. Quoted $1000 for claw foot tub and a farmer sink to be reglazed.
‘Tech’ didn’t show up till noon on a Saturday. That was a lot of work to be done in a short time.
He was here until 8 pm and suddenly I was under pressure to immediately pay in full. I didn’t get a chance to properly inspect the sink. Drips had run down the front and has actually gone onto the cupboard doors below.
When I called to schedule repair I had three appointments they made and broke. Eventually they ghosted me. Will not answer phone, emails or texts.

This company is not trustworthy. They refused to honour a written quote and chose to overcharge me. They sent somebody who was extremely incompetent. I had paid for a nonslip tub floor, which he finished all shiny like a skating rink. In the centre of the tub floor there were 2 very sharp, like razor blades, things sticking out. Along with that there were multiple other small sharp bits. When I called to complain, Sam told me he will see what he can do. Nothing was done. As a matter of fact, they didn’t answer and/or return my calls. I had a very knowledgeable, professional friend come over to look at it and he decided to call them.
His call was answered by Sam and when he explained what the tub looked like, Sam sent the technician back to me within a half hour. He redid the tub floor, not very well, there are still shiny, slippery spots. He was happy to tell me that he reglazed the whole tub. When it dried, it was all grainy, dull and cheap looking. When I called to complain, from a
friend’s phone, because they don’t answer my phone calls, Omar told me that there was a note on my file that they were here twice already and I’m still not satisfied. When I told him why I was not satisfied, he said he would call me back. He never did. Then I called back from another friend’s phone and he, Omar, told me that he would send the technician back on Saturday between 10 and 11 am. Today is Saturday and needless
to say he never showed up. The tub is barely useable. One would expect better for $587.00 They are unprofessional and their workmanship is less
than mediocre.
