We had sewage water backup in the basement Sunday night. George came at 7:00pm and locate the spot that is blocked in a very professional and efficient way. He has a camera which can go inside the underground pipe and show the video on a monitor. With this equipment, we can see the problem clearly and George also provides detailed explanation of how to fix the problem. There is no guess and uncertainty throughout the process. We fully understand the problem and fully trust his professional advice.

We made an appointment for him to come and fix the problem on next Tuesday. He showed up on time with his man. When they do the work, they are very careful not to leave dust and dirt on the way they pass. In the end, he ran the camera though the pipe again. And we can see clearly on the monitor that the problem is gone and water run smoothly inside pipe. We knew that we can rest assured that we wont have the hassle in the future.

I had a plugged sink on the day of making a thanksgiving turkey dinner. Called PLUMBER TO YOUR DOOR where I got an immediate confirmation that George will be there within 2 hrs. I had already tried to use my hand held snake, plunger, and PLUMR liquid without success. George took the pluming under the sink off and applied his motorized snake to open up the drain which had a lot greasy debris many meters down. The job was completed within an hour, the site left clean and the cost was very reasonable. Im sure to use this company again when needed.
