We hired Arash and company to do a a major reno of our entire house with addition of new bathrooms and reconfiguration of all the rooms about 8 years ago. They were extremely professional right from the get go. A perfect execution with a one stop shop for planning, design and architecture while keeping our requirements in focus from start to end. Communication was key during the overall renovation and they were cognizant of our tight timelines. We loved their design and the quality of workmanship as it has successfully stood the time test after all these years. We have not had any issues with their work which speaks a lot about the quality of work. Compliments from friends and family haven't stopped even after all these years. Not only we would use their services again but we have already recommended them to several friends. They are simply awesome!

We worked closely with Arash on two major projects. Arash not only brings impressive professional expertise to the project as a structural engineer and builder but he is a kind, compassionate individual who takes pride in his work and relationships.
We initially engaged Arash for an addition and complete interior renovation of our existing home in Toronto. We did receive permits to go forth but Arash foresaw costs creeping up, and brought concerns to our attention before proceeding any further.
