Nevertheless, Michael made the whole restoration process a very pleasant experience from start to finish: cost/scope estimation, design recommendations, staying on budget/time, and cosmetic touch-ups. Michael displayed an industrious attitude, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills - well rounded qualities that led to a successful project.
