Edward and his team were amazing to work with. It almost felt too good to be true. They were prompt and on time, communicated through every step, and executed quality work. Edward also answered all my questions before we signed on with him and went as far as adjusting our contract to make me comfortable.
At the end, the team became like friends who weve come to miss. Ive already recommended them to a friend whos doing her Renos in the summer. LOOK NO FURTHER!! Hes an amazing general contractor that does the work!

Ed is very reliable, hard worker, polite, punctual, and works very clean. He does not make a fuss if you change the plan in the middle of the project. You can count on him to come back quickly to correct an issue after the work is complete. He treats his customers as friends. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any one for construction work.

We are very happy with Edwards work and wholly recommend him.

Edward and his team repainted our whole house (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms split level); removed stipple (popcorn) ceiling from all rooms, re-plastering and painting all ceilings; framed, drywalled and painted a new wall; and installed five new doors.

Throughout the work Edward has been very responsive and clear in his communication, which helped us address issues as they emerged, ensured the work proceeded smoothly, and provided us with peace of mind. He has also been very flexible to accommodate our schedule as delays in other parts of the renovation pushed the start date of his work.

Finally, they have been very open to come back as many times as needed to address any imperfections we noticed after the end of the work, which we truly appreciated.

Overall, the work was well executed and working with Edward and his team has been a pleasure.

Great guys to work with. Edward was very professional in his approach, listening as we talked about the upcoming work, providing solid guidance, setting expectations, and making useful suggestions about the work. New drywall was installed, taped, sanded and painted. Sanding is always dusty work, but over the few days they worked here, they made an effort clean up at the end of the day. Great work and a reasonable price - would hire again.

The team did a great job. Always on time and always ready to answer any questions I may have had.

Some outlet and pot light cuts needed to be fixed afterwards, but that wasnt a big deal.

E Guerra construction did work in bathroom drywalled ceiling and replaced missing drywall, installed the floor and painted. The work was well done. The staff was very friendly they also cleaned up. I would recommend them.
