Avoid at All Costs: Image Landscaping Disappointment
I hired Image Landscaping Inc. and Image Turf to revamp my yard and install a custom water feature, turf etc. From the get-go, their promises were misleading, and their work was far from professional.
Landscaping: The turf installation was a complete disaster. It started tearing at the seams shortly after installation, costing me an additional $8,000 to fix their $7,000 job.
Water Feature: Cost me $20,000+ to have their work ripped out and redone, plus their $16,000+ fee, the water feature was not only overpriced but also poorly constructed. Interestingly, my security camera caught one of their workers learning how to build it from a YouTube video on-site. should've realized it then, but they assured me they have done many of these before. They ripped underground wires and left them their. They busted my irrigation, and didn't fix them. Quite a joke of an outfit to be honest.
The team was inconsistent, and the professionalism was lacking. They had to redo the sod TWICE because they seemed clueless about proper installation techniques. The company's communication was poor, and when issues arose, they were quick to dismiss or ignore my concerns.
Save your money and your yard. Image Landscaping Inc and Image Turf proved to be unprofessional and outright dishonest. They deliver subpar work for premium prices, leaving clients to rectify their mistakes at a great expense. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere unless you want to deal with a headache and an empty wallet.
