Royal Hardwood Refinishing

We recently had our stairs refinished with stain, varnish and all new iron spindles. RHR came quickly to quote our project, were excellent in price for the value of work. They started and completed the project quickly. We are very happy with the results of our stairs and very thankful for RHR.

Royal Hardwood Refinishing did an excellent job updating our house. We had new floors and a new staircase installed, and the whole house painted, as well as new trim and baseboards. Julia communicated with us throughout the project always checking in. The team of workers were reliable, on time, hard working and honest. They also cleaned up amazingly well after every day. The project was finished on time and on budget and they went over and above to make sure we were happy with the job even doing some extra things which werent included in our project. I cant say enough about this company! Our house is beautiful and I highly recommend RHR!

Julia and Moe were exceptional communicators and workers. I needed to have my entire flooring in my condo redone and they were were patient and attentive in offering me options, and I felt safe leaving my condo in the hands of Moe who did the flooring when I was away.

We hired RHR to refinish our dated redoak floors throughout the entirety of our house including our stairs. A job done well. Needed new railings and pickets for our basement and the finish product met our expectations. Moe kept us in the loop and assisted us in choosing the right materials to achieve the best look. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done right. I would recommend Royal Hardwood Refinishing and Moe and I have no reservations in having them do other projects for us.

We bought a fixer upper house and interviewed five general contractors about the renovation. It was an easy decision. We decided to go with Royal Hardwood Refinishing for four reasons: the pricing was better than others; Julia was very attentive to customer service and highly responsive to texts and emails; Royal Hardwood Refinishing was able to meet our tight timeline of 5 weeks for the full reno; and the company consists of full time employees, which means greater reliability in work performance and consistency.

We were happy with our decision. Julia and Moe completed the renovation on schedule. They renovated 4 bathrooms, refinished wood floors, replaced tiles, painted the walls and doors, and removed the popcorn ceiling. After the job completion date, they returned to do a final touchup and clean. Throughout they were responsive, hard working, and personable. The house looks completely different and beautiful, and it wouldn't have been possible without Royal Hardwood Refinishing!

This team managed to completely renovate my house including stair change, carpet removal, installing new steps, hardwood floor sanding and staining, popcorn ceiling removal and painting, baseboard and windows frame installation and painting, as well as luxury vinyl flooring installation.
The whole job was done perfectly, they have high sense of quality, very responsive to customer needs, punctual in terms of time and respect for customer satisfaction.
