Found them through a referral from the next door app and much exceeded my expectations! Efficient, helpful, and honest work for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Our front loader washing machine wasn't draining at all. Beni arrived on time as promised. He started explaining to me a problem, possible causes and solutions. When he started testing our washer, I knew in general what to expect. It was a critical point for us. Beni took off the top cover so he could see the machine's inner parts and started testing it. It wasn't draining again and the drain pump was making a noise like something stuck inside it. He checked the drain pump. There was a kid's sock stuck on the impeller. So he Cleaned the pump and tested it again. It worked!! Beni explained to me how to take care of our washer.

By the end of the day, it was a such great feeling when he finished the job.

Beni worked clean, knew what he was doing, and was confident, professional, and honest. He charged us only a service call for this job.

We have called him before for other tasks, and I was happy to know he was able to come today as well! He gave us an overview of possible repairs, along with the estimated time and cost. Incredible service! Highly recommended! This man saved our 15 year old machine. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, clean and most importantly honest. He said that if the parts were too expensive, we were better off buying a new washer. Fortunately, he was able quickly detect the problem and source the parts so we could get a few more years out of it. He also gave us some great tips on how to maintain and clean the machine for optimal performance. I couldnt ask for anything more!
