This is just an intermediary that will hand over your project to another construction company at a low price, delaying the completion of the project for 2 months. The construction quality is poor and it broke down within 2 months.The price can be increased at will in the middle of the project. It was agreed that the stairs would be all-inclusive, but the platform shown in Pic 1 and the first three levels were not included. If it was done, an additional $1,000 would be added.

Leslie and his team did an excellent job in renovating
our basement last month . They finished on time as
promised and did not go over our budgeted cost
which was important. They were super professional

Had entire second floor (1000 square ft) popcorn ceiling removed and ceiling/walls painted by Leslie and his crew. They went the extra mile to protect the floor and contain dust and and cleaned up well after the job is done. The results were very good. Would recommend these guys for your general contracting needs!

I have an extended curtain that takes both living and dinning rooms with 4 blinders across. Past installation was poor but held for quite a while. It fell off eventually though and I didn't have a proper screw-driver to get it fixed.
Service was done, rods were repaired and the contractor helped me to reassemble it. It's rock solid now!

Leslie and his team did amazing job.Painting the whole house, removed the 2nd floor carpet, and found the same color floor that the builder had 10 years ago to match our stair and main floor. Replace all the basement flooring.They were extremely professional, on time and completed the work in a very reasonable time frame,highly recommended.will contract leslie again for future projects.
