Not being able to see what was going on up on the roof, they provided video footage so that I could view the before and after which was a plus for me. After purchasing a new home I quickly realized that my eaves needed to be completely replaced. Grashan was quickest to reply to my messages and visited my home the next day to determine the issues. He was efficient, fair and professional in his assessments. Provided me with the safest and most cost-effective options and, most importantly, was able to fit me into his busy schedule.
From there, communication was quick and effective. He was honest about the extent of the work and was forthcoming that the job had potential to become costly due to some previous water/leakage issues that were left unmanaged.
He reached out to me several days in advance to schedule the work. He showed up exactly on time at 8:30 with a team of four workers. When some issues arose with the state of disrepair of my new home, Grashan was quick to diagnose the issue and, on the spot, was able to fix it at a reasonable price. Despite weather issues, was still able to finish the job in a reasonable time frame. I cannot speak highly enough of Grashan and his team's quality of workmanship.
