Hired this company for my condo and the quality of the work was subpar. They charged more than the quote and had to redo the work several times which affected the project timeline. No attention to details.

Hired Oito Design and Build to renovate my house. After months of delays I was able to move in despite only the inside the house done. As soon as I moved I noticed many issues with the quality if the work, which I was told it would be fixed after the job was completed. The quote was under and I was charged 60% more that the initial estimate.

Slowly The crew stopped showing up without finishing the electrical, the front porch, flooring, and plumbing. Daniel would not answer my calls and started demanding the holdback without finishing the job.

After that, I found out that Oito DID NOT PASS of the mandatory inspections !! Save yourself the headache!

Company Response: Unfortunately, this person doesn’t tell all the truth in their review. They demand the cheapest material possible and now complain about quality. The project and drawings provided contain many mistakes, and they don’t provide a review of the project in a short time. They requested a batch of change orders to the project and don’t want to pay for the service.
We tried many times to come with a harmonious solution but they refused to talk.
