Sean responded to my request for bids promptly. In a followup call, he pledged to come around to assess the job and provide a quote. He actually showed up at the day and time he promised. In bygone days, that would be unremarkable. Alas, In todays market, it is remarkable. The quote was reasonable given the need to drill through a double brick wall of a century home and to install a very large 6 pipe. Sean and his brother showed up the next dayagain, as promisedto do the job. It was done within the allotted time and to very high spec. I recommend Improve to anyone looking for yesterdays professionalism today.

I had very unique problem with my rooftop HVAC system in my loft apartment where it would turn on and off on its own intermittently. Most heating and cooling companies wouldn't want to come to diagnose the problem or if they did come by they would only try to sell me a new unit. Sean and his Father from IMPROVE HVAC came out to look at the problem and they properly diagnosed it and it finally got taken care of. Super happy with the service and I'll work with these guys again for any further maintenance needed.

When the AC stopped working, we connected on Homestars, Sean answered all our questions and was able to quickly repair the broken motor, however that wasn't the only thing wrong with the aging AC.
Sean did a more thorough analysis and we agreed it was best to replace the entire system rather than fixing multiple issues, he credited the replacement part. Sean worked with our church board to get the right unit installed quickly and at a fair price. He followed up the installation to ensure we were satisfied with the sudden and with some useful advice for maintenance.
We were thrilled he didn't try and rope us into a rental or long term service agreement. And we will continue to engage their services for future maintenance.
