My oven was making a very high pitched sound. Egor was prompt in answering my text. He diagnosed the issue immediately and ordered the part. It was repaired on time and as quoted.

Egor is a very friendly guy who arrived on time and successfully removed the stacked washer dryer from a tight laundry closet, disconnected the various supplies and moved the units to a side. Very happy with his service

I needed someone to disconnect my defunct washer & dryer so they could be taken away, plus to reconnect new machines during a second visit. Egor made arrangements to come and help with this right away. The appliances are stacked in a tiny closet so both jobs were difficult. He discovered a plumbing issue during disconnect and advised that I consult a plumber before new install, which I did. Given how challenging the job was to get these old stacked machines out of a tiny space, it was a small miracle that he was willing to come back and do the install of the new machines. He was very friendly and had a great attitude, which was appreciated during a stressful job like mine.
