Our gate was in bad need of replacing, leaning over, and the bottom boards had started to come loose. I had recently noticed a neighbour's fence had been replaced by Level Up. I contacted Sean, he came over the next day to check it out, and gave us a competitive quote. We are very satisified with the work. Some time later when tidying the porch for autumn I noticed he had left a string for opening the latch from the other side. I asked to have it put in (meter readers, my yard cleanup, etc.). He said that he doesn't normally install one due to security reasons, but came over right away to put it in anyway. Pictures are before and after.

Sean did a great job. Easy to work with and reliable. Hard working and also worked well with my other contractors.

Sean is a really pleasant, honest and super hard working guy. He showed up as promised for estimate and work. Finished the project earlier than promised even though it proved to be more work than was at first expected due to the main floor joist being rotted. He even did a few extra fixes for us included in that time. I would highly recommend his company!

Sean was great in building stairs for my multilayered deck. He was able to problem solve for uneven ground and build attractive and stable steps. Highly recommend!
