The quote was very reasonable and we set a date and time for the work to be done, this included Majid being very flexible regarding my work schedule. When the job presented some unexpected challenges, the joy of an old house, Majid problem-solved and figured a way to do it, meeting all code requirements. The owner Majid and his apprentice Sergei did a fine job upgrading the electrical work, which included installing 4 ceiling fans, 2 light fixtures, 3 GFCI receptacles, adding ground connection to 7 receptacles, remapping the panel box, and adding an integrated fire alarm system.
