Oleg and his team did a fantastic job replacing all the glass in our vinyl windows. We are thrilled with the results. Unfortunately we had the old Decora windows and the seals broke in each one as a result we had foggy glass everywhere!
Thankfully Oleg came to the rescue and replaced them all quickly and efficiently with new clear glass. There was over 60 panes of glass and the install was less than a full day! We also opted to have all our windows recaulked as well. We are thrilled with the results, Oleg was with us every step of the way to ensure the quote and measurements were correct. Last year we had all our Windows and one door replaced. We couldnt be happier with quality and the service we received. The windows look amazing and they have made a huge difference in the noise level in our home. We live on a main road so traffic used to be an issue. It isnt anymore. We also no longer feel any drafts which also was an issue. We noticed that the builders windows had zero foam installed on any of the windows that were removed. Explains why it was so cold and loud all those years.. The installation was so professional. Everyone was very friendly and experienced. They were very clean which my wife appreciated. All trim was cut outside to reduce dust and windows were removed from the site at the end of the day. We would highly recommend West Home to anyone looking at replacing their windows.
