Harold diagnosed the problem quickly and tried several lower cost solutions before deciding (and showing us) that the shower replacement was necessary. The job required him to get inside the wall to remove the non-functioning shower plumbing. He replaced the inner plumbing works and the fixture and retiled and grouted the shower wall. He worked carefully and the shower is literally better than new.

Harold communicated clearly and often, and cleaned the worksite thoroughly on completion.
