Had a leak on a flat roof around the chimney and Silverhill came out the same day, took photos of the damaged areas, explained the repairs and was able to do the repairs quickly. They shared photos of the repairs as well. Very courteous and competent and the price was very reasonable.

Silverhill did an impressive job on my flat roof. I was away while they worked and was surprised at how quickly they completed the task and cleaned up without any trace that they had been there. As well they were very fair with the quote and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Silverhill was really professional. They gave us a quote quickly and got the job done within a week. They were great at getting back to us when we called and they answered all our questions with no problem. They were the best at explaining how everything would work compared to the other roofing companies we talked to. Their crew worked really fast and made sure to cover our house with tarps to keep it safe. They cleaned up everything afterward, so there was no mess left behind. They took off two layers of old shingles and put on new ones with the appropriate underlayment's all in just one day. Overall, they did a fantastic job!

Silverhill roofing came the next day after I contacted them and repaired my roof, which was missing some shingles and damaged plywood which needed to be changed. Great communication and they repaired a number of other spots that needed repair like covering exposed nails with caulking for a very fair and reasonable price. Would recommend and use his services again.

I have used Silverhill for two jobs over the last 3 years. One was a bungalow, and another was a custom built 4000 sq ft home. Their price was very competitive and the quality of work was impeccable. They installed all the underlayment necessary on the roof. Another important factor as to why i would reccomend them is that they left the jobsite clean, which kept my neighbours happy.

I contacted Silverhill roofing because I was experiencing leakage near my Two bathroom vents, silverhill checked the roof and noticed it had the wrong vent cover installed and water was getting into my bathroom. Within a few minutes at looking at my roof, they were able to identify what was wrong. They replaced both vent covers and added ice shield layer for protection under the surrounding shingles.

I messaged Silverhill Sunday morning, The roofer was on my roof repairing the issue Monday afternoon. Prices were reasonable and he did the work on a cold afternoon in November .
