Maralon Construction

We hired them for our kitchen and bathroom renovation two years ago and are currently using them for our 2nd storey addition. I had the privelege to see few of their past and current projects basements, kitchens and bathroom renovations they are all professionally done and oh yes! The mirror and shower enclosures/doors they are all stunning! They are patient, prompt, organized and understanding. The one drawback is that they are not only skilled, honest, talented and courteous. They are also funny! So be prepared for a different kind of home or commercial contruction projects! I called and got a number of quotes from a number of contractors. This one was not the least expensive, but they definitely had the most comprehensive quote, even including recommendations and other details I didn't consider. That alone would have convinced me to go with Maralon, and after meeting the guys, I knew it was the right decision.

My wife & I wanted an extension to house above the garage and in Mike had great ideas that went beyond our original concept but not our budget. In fact, he was able to save us quite a bit over our estimates.

The guys always showed up when promised, were very clean, quiet and worked efficiently. A few of our neighbours expressed concerns when we discussed our plans with the house but after the end of the project, they were very happy with the zero impact the construction had on them.

I was quite concerned about bylaws, codes and other issues (especially since it was over the garage) but Mike handled everything and made sure I understood everything clearly.

I'd highly recommend Maralon for a similar project!
