Dishwasher valve failed and flooded my kitchen. Peter was able to diagnose the issue remotely and came to install the new valve only a week after I first contacted him.

Peter’s always a very calm and professional. He showed me what went wrong and made some great suggestions that I can implement to detect a leak in the future before it becomes a flood.

Been calling Peter for well over 10 years now and see no reason not to in the future!

My gas range stopped preheating. I contacted Modern Appliance and Peter quickly responded to my request. After describing my problem over the phone, he knew what had to be done and what part to order.

I called Modern Appliance after seeing their many wonderful reviews, and I'm glad I did. I got a quick text telling me my technician would call to make an appointment. Neville called and came on the agreed day, and did a great job checking out my broken washing machine. Although the machine couldn't be fixed (blown circuit board), I was very happy with the speed of service and reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

I was able to get an appointment within a week and Peter was in and out in 45 minutes. Peter was upfront with the cost and he charged exactly what he quoted. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any other fixes in the future.

Had to get the control board changed because the over no longer worked. Part was ordered and replacement was booked for Wednesday. Part came in early and they called to move the date to Monday. Very happy to have my oven working sooner.
