Troy provided exceptional service by being very personable and punctual during this entire process. He is a simple and logical personality but very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided 3 neighbours with a thorough check of our townhouse roofs and units searching for any holes or dusruption from squirrels. He took time to look in each of our attics to observe any potential damage or hazards due to our complicated scenario. Troy provided suggestions on successful best practices and offered his continued support when and if we need it, moving forward. This company provided us with excellent customer service and took care of our wasp problem right away. Carl was really great - he listened to our questions, provided expert adivice and got rid of the wasps the same day we called. Troy came over promptly, as scheduled. After doing a discovery he removed the rodents and proceeded to make sure the outside chimney entrance was sealed properly going forward. I have used GTA Wildlife Removal and Pest Control in the past and was pleased with their service. I had another issue with mice and called them again. Carl was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain things and even came back to follow up to check to make sure the mice weren't coming back.

Troy was a lifesaver! I had some real problems with a squirrel who moved her family in to my deck. Troy was on time, installed a one way door for them and sealed up the other entry point. Before he left he found another spot they were going in that I didn't know about and fixed that too! I can't say enough about the time and care he took helping me.

Troy is super friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. You can tell he enjoys his job and wants to help people. He takes times to explain things and does not overcharge for his services. He determined what our raccoon issue was and quickly fixed it. Luckily it turned out to be a simpler issue than I originally feared. I would not hesitate to recommend Troy to anyone!

Troy was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. He supplied pictures and reassurance is that the work would be done. He responded very quickly, and got the work done. He added a trap door and will be back in a few weeks to remove and repair the soffit. Very happy with this company and specially Troy service.

Started to look for pest control about 2 weeks ago when there was so much noise in the attic that something is/are scratching in there. In fact, we heard animal screaming and saw one walking at our backyard. Troy was the first shop I called. Frankly, initially, he sounded a bit casual and think it is a minor issue (hahaha but it is a serious problem to me). After checking few more places, I have decided to go for Troy eventhough he is not the cheapest (well, I have learnt the cheapest may not be good at all). Reasons why I go for Troy is he is one of the few who is willing to provide his service when there is a lot of snow on my roof (some shops asked me to wait as they do not work when there is snow covered the roof) and he is very very responsive. It has turned out his casualness is a reflection of his solid knowledge and experience about this kind of situation, and all the tricks and minor details he has. very pleased to have him to help us. Quality service and flexible and also a very pleasant person to work with.
