Overall I am torn in the review as I think the painters were nice and friendly, however what was suppose to be a 3 day project was 17 days in total (with painters there on approximately 8 of those days) We went with Wow primarily for the turnaround time as their quote was comparable to others, however they clearly struggled to understand the scope of the project on quoting originally. In an effort to speed up timelines we had them paint hinges and changed paint colours. The quality of the work was decent but the clean up of the edges on the stairs and windows was suspect and will require touch up from ourselves. I was a little disappointed with the final communication from the company overall as well when certain concerns were raised. I would probably recommend some of the painters individually (Patricia and Jose were great) but the company as a whole I would not, this is the rationale for the commentary of being torn on writing this review as I do think some of the painters were great.
