Ross was referred to us by a neighbour, and was very thorough from the start. He was clear on his pricing, helped a lot with my design ideas, and made very knowledgeable suggestions. To be clear, I was NOT an easy customer. I was particular and wanted my patio done perfectly - from the design, the size, the stone, the cuts, and the layout. Ross took his time with me, never showed his frustration, met me at the stone showroom to go over various product, and modified the project several times throughout (when my ideas changed out of nowhere). Ross answered my MANY questions throughout, and explained all the steps and exactly what he was doing and why. Ross rolled with everything, and made sure our patio was perfect. Ross was on time, on budget, and his crew was clean and respectful. Each day the yard was cleaned up, trash and equipment put to the side. Ross and his crew created a stunning patio, stairs, retaining wall, and front walkway for my home. The design is EXACTLY as I had requested, down to the tiniest detail. It is now a year later (waited to review to make sure the quality stood up), and the patio is still perfect. Solid, no movement, nothing growing between the stones, and still beautiful. We've received more compliments than I could imagine, and we've gained an impressive outdoor space that I'm excited to show off for years to come.
