When ordering windows and doors for my brand new home, I expect top service from this company as I ordered the best products. However, despite being over charged, I did not even receive these windows and doors but one of a lower quality, very late to add. Upon this arrival handles were missing as well as broken glass was in the windows and have never been replaced. Horrible service. You cannot get a hold of the company once your order has arrived, or sorry different order.
