This review is a pleasure to write. I have had Hoerner Heating come to my house on several occasions and each time was worthy of a 10 star rating. On Dec. 23rd 2019 I called their emergency line because my thermostat had broken and the heat in the house was dropping. I think it was the coldest night of the year and it was 10:30 p.m. Derek called me to let me know that he would be coming over to replace the thermostat but he lived in Oakville and had been on call all evening and it would take him 45 minutes to get here. And he did. Derek is a gentleman, friendly, knowledgable, hard working and he smiled. When he finished, it was around 12:30 and then he had to drive home to Oakville. What great service! I will always use Hoerner Heating and Plumbing. The office staff are also amazing. Robyn, Tracey, Kim and Angel.
